  • Annual subscription cancellation: For annual subscriptions, if you cancel after the first 14 days and before the end of 30 days from purchase, you may receive a partial refund of 50% of the amount you paid. After 30 days, there are no refunds for annual subscriptions that have already been charged.
  • Upgrades and downgrades: If you upgrade your subscription, you will be charged proportionally for the difference between the plans. If you downgrade your subscription, the change will take effect in the next billing period.
